What a hot bed for authors North Moreton is. Inspired by other best selling authors in the village, Aunt Sally Celebrity Dave "Boy" Latimer has put quill to parchment to record his experiences in the noble sport, for us all to enjoy. Initially only available in hardback, and running to about a page and a half, this book is a must for any true Aunt Sally fan. It follows the painful, and sometimes humiliating path, bridging 2 centuries, as Dave struggled with this, the most demanding of sports. I don't want to spoil the ending for the reader, but it all ended happily, when on September 13th 2006, Dave fulfilled a lifelong ambition, and hit the Doll !
I urge you to buy the book, and if nothing else, use it to light the fire.

I'm the lady in the photo, with that scoundrel Latimer. I would like to point out that I'm not his Aunt, and that at no point did he ever "knock me off".
In fact he used to garden for us in the 1920's, and happened to wander into shot when my husband took the photo with our new box brownie camera. Please could you airbrush him out, as I find it distressing to be reminded of him ?
My Grandmother used to tell me about this old disgraced chimney sweep that used to do odd jobs for them, i was utterly stunned to find his autobiography... it is pure fiction!
Just search the criminal records of 1912 in the Basingstoke region to find several years worth of his life story that is strangely missing.
Has anyone noticed a striking resemblance between Dave Latimer and LORD LUCAN?? Both daper little chappies and neither could play Aunt Sally or Cricket.
